Pricing
One flat price per TypoSweep, based on the length of your manuscript. A human proofreader runs $700 to $2,500, which puts a careful read out of reach for a lot of authors. This tool is for them.

|---|---|---|
| Novella / short novel | up to 60,000 | $29 |
| Novel | 60,001–120,000 | $39 |

What's included
Every TypoSweep, at every tier, includes:
- A tracked-changes Word doc with every flagged typo and a suggested fix for each one
- A typo report sorted by confidence: likely and worth a look
- The voice-profile filter that treats fragments, comma splices, and intentional repetition as choices, not errors
- Delivery by email in 5–10 minutes for most manuscripts; up to 20 minutes for the longest tiers
How word count is counted
TypoSweep counts (and scans) everything in your .docx: your main text, front matter (title page, dedication, copyright), back matter (acknowledgments, "also by this author"), and any running page headers or footers. A typo in your dedication is still a typo. You'll see your exact word count after the free preview, before you pay. The tier that matches that count is the price you'll be charged.
Manuscripts over 350,000 words
Manuscripts longer than 350,000 words aren't supported through the self-serve checkout yet, but most still run cleanly. Email hello@typosweep.com with your word count and I'll quote you directly.
Free preview, no card required
The free TypoSweep on about 5,000 words sampled from across your manuscript is genuinely free. You only pay once you've seen what TypoSweep would catch and decided you want the rest of your manuscript scanned. Try the preview.
